A key service that we offer is accessing individuals using the Hogan Assessment Systems. If you are making decisions about selection, promotions, career development, or high potential development these assessments can prove to be invaluable.

Hogan Assessment Systems pioneered the use of personality tests for organizational decisions 30 years ago. Designed specifically for the workplace, Hogan tests illustrate a person's natural advantages, or "edges," and their potential problem areas, or "risks" in a job or business setting. Hogan's three assessments, the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motivation, Values, and Preferences Inventory, predict on-the-job performance, particularly those aspects of performance normally associated with "attitude." Hogan tests identify the personal and motivational characteristics needed to perform well in various occupations. The assessments are comprehensive, business-based assessment of personality that we use to assist companies in selection decisions, executive/high potential development, and promotion decisions.

We were asked to partner with global leadership development company to provide assessment feedback and development plan consulting to the leaders reporting to the executive team. In addition we worked with the executive team to awaken their understanding of and commitment to leadership development.
