Our primary service to individuals and organizations is executive coaching. Our coaching is focused on high potential senior leaders, leaders transitioning to new roles, and leaders that desire to become even more effective. In most cases our clients are identified as leaders who are slated for larger contributing roles as part of a companies succession and talent management processes.
We, also, consult on designing talent management systems. In addition we offer leadership development experiences that link into a company’s talent management. These workshops are designed to address key areas of leadership that have merged through the assessment and coaching of leaders through our practice.

Modifying Leadership Style Global Manufacturing Company
S i t u a t i o n:
Recent acquisition doubled the size of the company creating new executive position. Worked with newly appointed executive transitioning into role. Although the executive was seen as an extraordinary problem solver, his interpersonal relationships were tenuous and could derail his success.
O u r a p p r o a c h:
Provided six months of coaching beginning with assessment information and 360˚ interviews. Worked with coachee in three specific areas: 1) influencing skills, 2) team building, and 3) developing and selling a vision.
R e s u l t s:
Coachee significantly reduced negative interactions by developing proactive, mitigating processes. In addition he added additional influencing strategies to his repertoire. He was able to build a supportive team to meet objectives and develop a vision for the team’s new role in the organization.
