Richard Metheny | President

With a career blend of general management and human resource leadership positions Richard brings a unique mix of operational know-how and people savvy to his consulting and coaching practice. He has global experience in Fortune 100 public, top 20 private, and top ranked marketing companies holding senior executive roles.

He was the Chief People Officer for one of the 101 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For. His experience in the consumer products, marketing communications and hospitality industries combined with eight years of international experience demonstrates his adaptability across industries and cultures.

Richard's leadership and organizational consulting practice, Richard Metheny and Associates, is focused on assisting individuals and organizations in becoming more aware about how they lead so that they may achieve greater results. His practice areas are: leadership coaching, team coaching, custom-designed leadership workshops, organizational talent management and organizational development.

Richard is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in psychology. In addition he is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program.

Evelyn Metheny | Marketing Director

Evelyn has held marketing positions in Asia and the United States over her 13 year career. Her experience has included working for clients such as Sears, Whirlpool, General Motors, Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits, and TGI Fridays.

For 7 years she was the Marketing Manager for BistroAmericana Holdings in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, responsible for marketing their businesses in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. Her efforts led to BistroAmericana Holdings being recognized as the top performing international franchisee. Since arriving in the United States she has held positions at Leo Burnett and Hambright, Calcagno & Downing.

Evelyn’s areas of expertise include account management, advertising and promotions, and integrated marketing communications including web design. She has been awarded the Silver Star Award for Work Excellence and the Loyal Service Award from Carlson Restaurants Worldwide.

Evelyn earned a postgraduate diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in United Kingdom. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom and Malaysia. In addition she speaks 3 languages, English, Malay, and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
